EFP Difference

Why Executive Financial Planning?

Founded in 1981 by Albert P. Herzog, CFP®, ChFC, MBA and incorporated in 1985, EFP and its affiliated registered investment advisory firm, Executive Wealth Management, currently have over $440,000,000 of assets under management.  We also have strategic, professional relationships with over 30 registered financial advisors, along with CPA's and estate planning attorneys.

Our independent broker dealer association is with INVEST Financial Corporation.  We also utilize a proprietary separately-managed account platform, Fortunatus Investments®.  This platform uses a tactical discipline that relies on extensive research to track your investments, and provides us a daily look at your account with buy, sell and hold triggers.

We execute, monitor and manage assets based on our discipline.  This does not mean we won't change or sell positions as needed.  It does mean that working with each client, we strive to be in the right position at the right time, based on their financial objectives and our proprietary research.

Relative sector strength is tracked weekly.  This allows us to position new assets in the appropriate positive categories.  We will take a more conservative approach in down markets, and will always work to manage your risk levels.

In this financial environment, it is paramount that your investment advisory firm practices TRANSPARENCY.  From client reporting, access and fees along with maintaining an arm's length relationship with their custodian, you have EFP's commitment to accurate reporting, client access and full disclosure.
